Hi! I'm Tess, a senior product designer working out of Toronto.
I'm focused on creating intuitive, human-centered experiences that balance user needs with business goals. I work best in cross-functional teams, connecting the dots between research, strategy, and execution to bring clarity to complex problems.
Before design, I was an artist with work featured in several Toronto galleries and events, including the Gladstone Hotel’s Come Up To My Room show, the Brockton Gallery, and Project Gallery. That background taught me to think conceptually, express ideas visually, and design with empathy — a perspective that continues to shape my approach to UX.
While I still seek creative outlets, I'm driven by the impact design can have on people's lives, and the collaboration it takes to get there. I’m excited to keep growing in this field, solving meaningful problems, and contributing to positive change.
